Vikki Maver is the CEO at Communication Skills Academy. With qualifications in marketing and psychology, she equips professionals with practical, lifelong communication skills that strengthen trust and power performance.

In 2003, Vikki founded Refresh Marketing (RM), Australia’s longest-running copywriting agency – building a reputation for creating sharp, strategically crafted content. In 2008, she expanded her focus into corporate training, teaching teams and individuals how to communicate with more clarity, influence and impact.

Her work is anchored in a core belief: words matter, because they shape how people think and act. CSA grew out of that belief. In a world increasingly shaped by AI and automation, CSA builds the one skill technology can’t replace – human communication.
