However, at CSA, we believe perfection is an illusion – and that complacency is an expert’s biggest enemy. So we always stay open and listen to new ideas and perspectives. Even if it’s uncomfortable. Learning journeys can be bumpy rides. And as much as we proclaim the importance of continual growth, we also never lose sight of this reality: we’re all human, after all.
And no human being is without their vulnerabilities, self-doubts and sensitivities. All of which can easily creep into a participant’s mind in a busy, fast-moving learning environment.
As facilitators, we train with compassion and respect for every individual, even as we challenge them. In doing so, we make learners – and each other – feel heard, safe and understood. Always.
