First Birthday Promotion: Terms and Conditions

1. Courses you can save on

To celebrate our first birthday, we’re offering $1000 + GST off any of our full-day team writing courses. That includes: 

It does not include

  • Our non-writing team courses
  • Our public courses

2. Workshop delivery window

To access the discount, your workshop must be delivered between 1 July and 30 September 2025. 

We’ll work with you to find a date that suits you, but we can’t promise your first-choice date will be available. If we’re not able to lock in a date within this window, we’ll chat with you about the next steps. But please be aware the $1000 discount may no longer apply.

3. Booking requirements

To access this offer:

  1. Contact CSA to let us know your specific needs and preferred date within the delivery window so we can prepare a custom proposal for you.
  2. Accept your custom proposal by 30 April 2025 to secure the offer. We’ll then send you an invoice for payment.
  3. Pay the invoice within 7 days in line with our standard payment terms.

4. Client eligibility

This offer is available for new workshop bookings only. It applies to single, full-day writing workshops booked during the promotion period.

It’s not available for workshops that have already been booked and confirmed – even if the workshop is scheduled to happen during the offer period or later. Existing bookings can’t be changed, cancelled or refunded to access the discount.

Also, this offer can not be used with any other offer.

5. Multiple bookings

The offer applies to a single writing workshop booking only. If you wish to book more than one writing workshop, please contact us about a cost-effective multi-workshop package.

6. Rescheduling

You can reschedule your workshop to another date between 1 July and 30 September 2025, as long as one of our trainers is available. Any rescheduling must follow our usual notice period and cancellation policy, as outlined in our standard training agreement. 

If you move your workshop outside this window, or don’t meet the required notice period, the offer will no longer apply and standard pricing will be charged.
