Why invest in professional communication training?

Courses deliver lasting impact when they build essential skills and change daily habits. Ours do time and again.

We run short, focused sessions to equip your people with tools they can use the same afternoon. Think fewer rewrites. Meetings that finish on time. And feedback conversations that strengthen relationships.

Your training is backed by a team of master facilitators and two decades of experience. The impact? Real momentum your team will feel – and your stakeholders will notice.

Skills your team will build
  • Public speaking confidence that engages audiences
  • Conflict resolution tactics to achieve workable outcomes
  • Constructive feedback that lands without sting
  • Assertiveness that earns respect, not resistance
  • Style flexibility to connect with different personalities

Overcoming real workplace challenges

We help your team harness repeatable structures they can rely on when the pressure’s on. Areas we target include:

  • Presenting and public speaking: Plan a clear story, build clean slides and deliver with a steady voice. Ideal for project updates, pitches, briefings and forums.
  • Difficult conversations: Lower the emotional temperature and reach better outcomes. Useful for teams managing sensitive discussions, complaints and tense cross-agency projects.
  • Assertiveness and authority: Say what matters, set expectations and secure buy-in without steamrolling. Essential for policy teams, procurement negotiations and vendor negotiations.
  • Listening and body language: Ask sharper questions, read the room and build trust before you need to deliver the difficult ask. Valuable in patient communications, frontline customer roles and education settings.

Who runs the sessions?

At CSA, all our facilitators are subject-matter experts. We’re an experienced team of professional writers, speakers, consultants and storytellers who use these tools every single day. That’s how we know they work.

What's the maximum number of participants per workshop?

We cap face-to-face sessions at 15 people and online sessions at 10.

Can smaller or larger teams book?

Absolutely. We run programs for compact teams and larger organisations alike.

Is the online writing training live or self-paced?

Live. Always. Every team session is facilitated in real time.

Our goal is to match the face-to-face experience as closely as possible. Your people can ask questions and share their thoughts. This way, your team learns at the same time at same pace.

What tech does my team need for online delivery?

A computer or laptop with a working microphone and webcam. We use a cloud-based platform – so there’s no software to download beforehand. Your team logs in 10 minutes early to check their setup. Then off we go.

How do you charge?

We charge a fixed fee per group, not per head. That’s why we encourage clients to fill every spot for maximum value. Our workshops are tailored to your needs at no added cost.

Do participants receive a credential?

Yes. Every attendee receives a Credly digital badge after completing the course. We send it via email. They can then display it on LinkedIn or anywhere else they choose.
