What does the course cover?
With a strong focus on communication, this workshop will help your team members:

Who will be the facilitator at our workshop?
At CSA, all our facilitators are communication specialists – not just trainers, but real-world practitioners who live and breathe what they teach.
This course is run by either Vikki or Veronica, both accredited DISC facilitators and experienced business leaders who intimately understand the critical role of effective communication in the workplace.

What is the structure of the sessions?
This is a face-to-face workshop that’s interactive, energising and built around your team.
We start with the theory – a quick overview of DISC and how it works. Then we dive into discussion, activities, real-life examples and team-based reflections. Every person receives their individual DISC profile on the day, and we guide your team through what it means – and how to use it.
This is not a sit-and-listen kind of session. It’s hands-on, thought-provoking and designed to get people talking.
Do we need to do anything beforehand?
Yes – but it’s quick and easy.
Each participant will need to complete their DISC assessment online at least a few days before the workshop. It takes just 10–15 minutes and the link will be sent directly to them.
We’ll take care of the admin and make sure all profiles are ready to go on the day.
