With qualifications in natural resource management and secondary education, she combines analytical thinking with a strong teaching mindset. At CSA, Veronica leads communication capability programs and helps teams understand why communication breaks down, so learning is relevant and immediately applicable.
Veronica co-founded CSA with a shared mission to establish communication as the infrastructure modern workplaces depend on – the system that carries every idea, decision and relationship through an organisation.
