Neuroinclusive Communication at Work

Workplaces thrive with neuroinclusive communication

In most workplaces, communication isn’t as inclusive as leaders think. Not because managers set out to exclude people. But because they fall back on a single ‘default’ style. The risk? Overwhelm, disengagement and lost ideas. Neuroinclusive Communication at Work is designed to change that. This immersive, one-day program builds awareness and skills to create communication that works for every brain in your workplace.

Why neuroinclusive communication training

Every workforce is already neurodiverse. Some people need time to process information. Others prefer visuals over words. Some thrive in group discussions. Others do their best thinking one-on-one.

When communication assumes everyone ‘gets it’ the same way, people can feel excluded, frustrated or misunderstood. The result? Lower engagement, dips in productivity and a weaker sense of belonging.

Here’s what neuroinclusive communication training makes possible in your organisation:

  • Improved team productivity through fewer misunderstandings, less rework and reduced communication breakdowns
  • Higher engagement by making people feel heard, included and valued
  • Better ideas and greater innovation by creating space for every voice to contribute
  • Stronger collaboration across teams with communication that connects diverse styles

At CSA, all our facilitators are subject matter experts in their fields. The course is presented jointly by Natalie Phillips-Mason and Amanda Riley.

Natalie and Amanda are two neuroinclusion practitioners with experience in organisational change programs. Both are actively involved in the field of neuroinclusion and practice neuroinclusion in their everyday work and personal lives (including with each other).

So who would you rather spend your dollars on? A trainer who simply conveys the information? Or experienced practitioners who live and breathe it?

What is the structure of the sessions?

Please contact us for a full Program Outline. In the meantime, here’s a taste of some of the topics covered:

  • Sensory and cognitive load in communication
  • How to identify and remove common communication roadblocks
  • Inclusive habits for meetings and collaboration
  • Clarity, accessibility and efficiency across communication channels
  • Using digital tools and AI to make your messages more accessible
What’s the maximum number of participants per workshop?

We cap face-to-face sessions at 15 people – as groups any larger than this reduce opportunities for interaction and feedback.

What do we get for our investment?
  • Fully customised course material including scenarios that simulate common challenges within your organisation
  • A workbook for each participant (also a valuable reference long after the workshop is over)
  • A handy one-page checklist for each team member
How do you charge?

We charge a fixed fee for groups of 15 people, not per head. That’s why we always encourage our clients to take advantage of all spots for maximum value.

And remember: all workshops are tailored to your needs at no added cost.
